I had labs for this appointment, the results required an immediate follow up as they were not good. I never got a call from nursing about it. I sent a Mychart's telling them looks like I have infection and I have been having pain since the visit. 24hr later still no answer so I called and was assured clinical staff would return my call that didn't happen. Then my pharmacy said I have antibiotics ready for pick up. Still no word from Dr B and his nurses.

He offers tele-visits when possible, saving me from hours of agonizing pain due to bathing, dressing, front office wait time while sitting upright, and all of the aforementioned for the return trip home. He is knowledgeable, kind and very much appreciated.
