The front office person was not helpful. The kiosk was backed up and she refused to assist in checking in people. I asked and she said to wait for the Kiosk. There was only one doctor so I understand the wait but it would have been helpful for the front desk person to advise. Once I was in the back the doctor was very fast and professional. She did great work and I commend her for a great job on my stitches. I would suggest that Wellstar focus on improving the front desk staff as it's an initial reflection on the brand and experience.

your input tablet or kiosk is not sanitized and was visibly in need of cleaning, especially disturbing when people are coming in with infectious conditions. It's also not the easiest for older adults with technology limitations to input an extensive intake. Finally, a clinician should not be quickly dismissive or speak affirmatively on a topic that is beyond the scope of her specialty.

Front desk person was not helpful. Mostly somewhat curt to most of the people. My urgent need was dismissed. I was there to give a urine sample. I was in urgent need to urinate, asked for her to just give me the sample bottle before we concluded our business. She would not. It resulted in my having no choice but to eliminate. When the sample was then needed, it took 2 hours for what was needed to happen. Just wrong.

Despite always having a long wait the care is very good. Please add a 2nd checkin kiosk. The staff sits there and watches us struggle to check in. Since there aren't available appointments online I don't check in ahead. Also the kiosk is a huge vector for germs as it is a touch screen and there's no way to clean your hands after. It was pretty nasty yesterday.

I had a 1pm appt and was not seen until 3:20pm. I'm concerned because I had back pain and some front pain. I told her about previous pancreatis issues. I asked about my lipase levels and was told you all don't do that there and I would need to go to the hospital. I've been there for lab work before so I'm wondering why no blood work was taken. I only had a urine sample done. I had to ask for pain medication to take home. The service and wait time is horrible. I will not come back nor recommend. Thanks for asking. I even went to the front desk after an hour and was told they're running behind. Unacceptable. I left my 1pm appt after 4pm.

The wait time in general for the office was pretty excessive, which I have experienced previously in both the urgent care office and the bloodwork lab waiting room. For this visit,I made a 1:20 appt., showed up approx. 45 minutes early, and still waited over 2 hours after check-in to be seen, followed by over a half-hour in between vitals being taken and the doctor arriving. All told, for a sinus infection treatment with an appointment, I was at the facility for over three hours. I heard several patients in the outer waiting room voicing similar concerns, that they had been waiting for well over two hours to even be triaged. With multiple family members working in healthcare, I'm very aware and more than sympathetic to staffing demands, as well as unpredictable volumes of patients, and I am more than willing to expect some flexibility in timing. That said, with wait times being so far removed from booked appointment times, having the waitlist screen with approximate wait times up and running, which it was not, would have been a large help.

I was very impressed with everybody. Everybody was really nice, very sweet. The waiting area was packed. A lot of patients were in there, but again, everything was handled so professionally by the staffing as well as by the physician. I really appreciated it.

I waited for an hour and I never saw a provider. I accessed my test results 15 minutes after it was taken. 45 minutes later I hadn't seen a provider. I went to the desk let the MA know I had my results and I wanted to leave. She informed me that I still needed to see the provider because there could be another issue that needed to addressed but that I also had the right to leave. I returned to the exam room and 10 minutes later there was a discharge summary in my chart. As I reviewed it someone opened the door, looked at me and said " yes she is still her" and closed the door. Another 10 minutes go by and I go back to the MA and let her know I was leaving. I asked her is there anything I needed to do she said no and pointed me in the direction of the exit and I left. I would also like to say that my appointment was scheduled for 9am and at 7am I received a text that it was canceled. Then I received a message from MyChart that it was rescheduled at 1:40. I checked in online and arrived 5 minutes early. I was taken to the exam room within 15 minute of my arrival. Front desk staff was pleasant enough and the MA did her job professionally.

I will not be back sat from 10 to bout 1:30 still waiting on the doctor. This was terrible the nurse told me u can leave if u like. I ask her to check n see how long. I had to leave by 2 to go get my children from school. I had to go take my grand son to another doctor today. I'm very satisfied with them

The nurse was very thoughtful. She was trying to take a culture and I shared that I have a gag reflex. She was patient with me.

I waited for an hour and I never saw a provider. I accessed my test results 15 minutes after it was taken. 45 minutes later I hadn't seen a provider. I went to the desk let the MA know I had my results and I wanted to leave. She informed me that I still needed to see the provider because there could be another issue that needed to addressed but that I also had the right to leave. I returned to the exam room and 10 minutes later there was a discharge summary in my chart. As I reviewed it someone opened the door, looked at me and said " yes she is still her" and closed the door. Another 10 minutes go by and I go back to the MA and let her know I was leaving. I asked her is there anything I needed to do she said no and pointed me in the direction of the exit and I left. I would also like to say that my appointment was scheduled for 9am and at 7am I received a text that it was canceled. Then I received a message from MyChart that it was rescheduled at 1:40. I checked in online and arrived 5 minutes early. I was taken to the exam room within 15 minute of my arrival. Front desk staff was pleasant enough and the MA did her job professionally.

Dr Reddy was so thorough and knowledgeable, even though some of my health issues and history require alternate treatments from the typical. She listened and offered great options, and a referral for me to check with another doctor for a persistent issue. If she was in private practice I would want her as my pcp. I have had both very good and very poor experiences in healthcare, so I want to give extra shout outs to the ones who made it a positive experience.

I was very impressed with everybody. Everybody was really nice, very sweet. The waiting area was packed. A lot of patients were in there, but again, everything was handled so professionally by the staffing as well as by the physician. I really appreciated it.

The front desk receptionist at the urgent care is rude every time we go. She shows no care and no understanding of customer service. We were very disappointed with her attitude towards our sick child.

I had a 1pm appt and was not seen until 3:20pm. I'm concerned because I had back pain and some front pain. I told her about previous pancreatis issues. I asked about my lipase levels and was told you all don't do that there and I would need to go to the hospital. I've been there for lab work before so I'm wondering why no blood work was taken. I only had a urine sample done. I had to ask for pain medication to take home. The service and wait time is horrible. I will not come back nor recommend. Thanks for asking. I even went to the front desk after an hour and was told they're running behind. Unacceptable. I left my 1pm appt after 4pm.

The wait time in general for the office was pretty excessive, which I have experienced previously in both the urgent care office and the bloodwork lab waiting room. For this visit,I made a 1:20 appt., showed up approx. 45 minutes early, and still waited over 2 hours after check-in to be seen, followed by over a half-hour in between vitals being taken and the doctor arriving. All told, for a sinus infection treatment with an appointment, I was at the facility for over three hours. I heard several patients in the outer waiting room voicing similar concerns, that they had been waiting for well over two hours to even be triaged. With multiple family members working in healthcare, I'm very aware and more than sympathetic to staffing demands, as well as unpredictable volumes of patients, and I am more than willing to expect some flexibility in timing. That said, with wait times being so far removed from booked appointment times, having the waitlist screen with approximate wait times up and running, which it was not, would have been a large help.

Despite always having a long wait the care is very good. Please add a 2nd checkin kiosk. The staff sits there and watches us struggle to check in. Since there aren't available appointments online I don't check in ahead. Also the kiosk is a huge vector for germs as it is a touch screen and there's no way to clean your hands after. It was pretty nasty yesterday.

your input tablet or kiosk is not sanitized and was visibly in need of cleaning, especially disturbing when people are coming in with infectious conditions. It's also not the easiest for older adults with technology limitations to input an extensive intake. Finally, a clinician should not be quickly dismissive or speak affirmatively on a topic that is beyond the scope of her specialty.

Front desk person was not helpful. Mostly somewhat curt to most of the people. My urgent need was dismissed. I was there to give a urine sample. I was in urgent need to urinate, asked for her to just give me the sample bottle before we concluded our business. She would not. It resulted in my having no choice but to eliminate. When the sample was then needed, it took 2 hours for what was needed to happen. Just wrong.

The front office person was not helpful. The kiosk was backed up and she refused to assist in checking in people. I asked and she said to wait for the Kiosk. There was only one doctor so I understand the wait but it would have been helpful for the front desk person to advise. Once I was in the back the doctor was very fast and professional. She did great work and I commend her for a great job on my stitches. I would suggest that Wellstar focus on improving the front desk staff as it's an initial reflection on the brand and experience.
