I was very impressed with everybody. Everybody was really nice, very sweet. The waiting area was packed. A lot of patients were in there, but again, everything was handled so professionally by the staffing as well as by the physician. I really appreciated it.

Very disappointed about the waiting. I had an appointment for the visit, but I had to wait 11/2 hour before the nurse se called me in. I spent almost 4 hours totally there.That is not acceptable.

I will not be back sat from 10 to bout 1:30 still waiting on the doctor. This was terrible the nurse told me u can leave if u like. I ask her to check n see how long. I had to leave by 2 to go get my children from school. I had to go take my grand son to another doctor today. I'm very satisfied with them

The nurse was very thoughtful. She was trying to take a culture and I shared that I have a gag reflex. She was patient with me.

I waited for an hour and I never saw a provider. I accessed my test results 15 minutes after it was taken. 45 minutes later I hadn't seen a provider. I went to the desk let the MA know I had my results and I wanted to leave. She informed me that I still needed to see the provider because there could be another issue that needed to addressed but that I also had the right to leave. I returned to the exam room and 10 minutes later there was a discharge summary in my chart. As I reviewed it someone opened the door, looked at me and said " yes she is still her" and closed the door. Another 10 minutes go by and I go back to the MA and let her know I was leaving. I asked her is there anything I needed to do she said no and pointed me in the direction of the exit and I left. I would also like to say that my appointment was scheduled for 9am and at 7am I received a text that it was canceled. Then I received a message from MyChart that it was rescheduled at 1:40. I checked in online and arrived 5 minutes early. I was taken to the exam room within 15 minute of my arrival. Front desk staff was pleasant enough and the MA did her job professionally.

This is the only urgent care location I go to when I am very sick, and I swear by this place. As someone who is an RN at an Emory facility myself, I have never had an issue. The clinic flow is wonderful even when it's very busy, and the staff are friendly and it's easy to stay updated with the active patient board in the lobby. Incredible experience by all team members involved!

To wait 2hrs in wait room wirlth chest pain and feeling faint is unacceptable. After finally being seen by provider and recommended to go to the ER due to heart rate at 54 and high BP rate and after going to ER I was admitted and hospitalized for 3 days with many concerns. A person in this condition shouldn't wait 2hrs to be seen by a nurse.

I don't feel the doctor listened to me as a patient when trying to express my concerns and I put about the medication she prescribed and the medication I requested that I've been using and actually works better for my system . I am very particular about what medications I put in my system and am very familiar with how my body responds to different meds and it's side effects.

The staff was very kind. The only issue I had was their inability to give me an x-ray, however I was informed prior to checking in that it was unavailable. As well as the staff offered for me to come back at a later time if an x-ray was needed. In my opinion, the x-rays should be available as long as the clinic is open, but maybe there is a reason.

While I haven't always been a fan of all Wellstar facilities, this one, however, takes my heart! Dr. Reddy and the CCMA who helped me were amazing! They listened to me and made sure I was cared for my entire visit! The two ladies at the front desk were VERY kind and courteous and I was called back within 20 minutes of signing in. My concerns were addressed and they even sent me a follow up message to make sure I had my medication! My family and I will forever visit this facility! Not to mention it's convenient!

I am considering not coming back because the MyChart is so slow and so clumsy that I'm having trouble getting reports. Sometimes it takes 10 screens to get to what I need to know, what I did get to was 50% incorrect, and if I see "do not reply " on 90% of what you send me then I'm pretty sure I'm a customer not a patient. That's a shame because your Physicians and assistants are A+

I had to wait 3 hrs before being seen, that was the longest I ever had to wait. And when I got there, there was not that many people waiting and then within a 45 minute period it got quite busy, and a lot of patients that had come in after me got call back before me. I got to see Dr Reddy and she was awesome !!!!!!!!!!!! I am grateful for her and the nurse.

While I haven't always been a fan of all Wellstar facilities, this one, however, takes my heart! Dr. Reddy and the CCMA who helped me were amazing! They listened to me and made sure I was cared for my entire visit! The two ladies at the front desk were VERY kind and courteous and I was called back within 20 minutes of signing in. My concerns were addressed and they even sent me a follow up message to make sure I had my medication! My family and I will forever visit this facility! Not to mention it's convenient!

It seemed the provider was pre-occupied with something else. I was not happy with her level of care.

I am considering not coming back because the MyChart is so slow and so clumsy that I'm having trouble getting reports. Sometimes it takes 10 screens to get to what I need to know, what I did get to was 50% incorrect, and if I see "do not reply " on 90% of what you send me then I'm pretty sure I'm a customer not a patient. That's a shame because your Physicians and assistants are A+

I had to wait 3 hrs before being seen, that was the longest I ever had to wait. And when I got there, there was not that many people waiting and then within a 45 minute period it got quite busy, and a lot of patients that had come in after me got call back before me. I got to see Dr Reddy and she was awesome !!!!!!!!!!!! I am grateful for her and the nurse.

The staff was very kind. The only issue I had was their inability to give me an x-ray, however I was informed prior to checking in that it was unavailable. As well as the staff offered for me to come back at a later time if an x-ray was needed. In my opinion, the x-rays should be available as long as the clinic is open, but maybe there is a reason.

I don't feel the doctor listened to me as a patient when trying to express my concerns and I put about the medication she prescribed and the medication I requested that I've been using and actually works better for my system . I am very particular about what medications I put in my system and am very familiar with how my body responds to different meds and it's side effects.

I know this is an urgent care facility but I had scheduled an appt for 2:20 but still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. It was almost 4:30 before I was seen by a doctor.

Dr. Reddy was excellent. This is the second time that I have here in an emergency. And hopefully, I won't have any more. But in case I do, I hope that she's there. That's all I have to say. And everybody else was very good. And the lady that was in the front desk, she cleaned up the place after people left trash on the floor or the table. And that was impressive. Have a good night. To wait 2hrs in wait room wirlth chest pain and feeling faint is unacceptable. After finally being seen by provider and recommended to go to the ER due to heart rate at 54 and high BP rate and after going to ER I was admitted and hospitalized for 3 days with many concerns. A person in this condition shouldn't wait 2hrs to be seen by a nurse.

This is the only urgent care location I go to when I am very sick, and I swear by this place. As someone who is an RN at an Emory facility myself, I have never had an issue. The clinic flow is wonderful even when it's very busy, and the staff are friendly and it's easy to stay updated with the active patient board in the lobby. Incredible experience by all team members involved!

Dr Reddy was so thorough and knowledgeable, even though some of my health issues and history require alternate treatments from the typical. She listened and offered great options, and a referral for me to check with another doctor for a persistent issue. If she was in private practice I would want her as my pcp. I have had both very good and very poor experiences in healthcare, so I want to give extra shout outs to the ones who made it a positive experience.

I waited for an hour and I never saw a provider. I accessed my test results 15 minutes after it was taken. 45 minutes later I hadn't seen a provider. I went to the desk let the MA know I had my results and I wanted to leave. She informed me that I still needed to see the provider because there could be another issue that needed to addressed but that I also had the right to leave. I returned to the exam room and 10 minutes later there was a discharge summary in my chart. As I reviewed it someone opened the door, looked at me and said " yes she is still her" and closed the door. Another 10 minutes go by and I go back to the MA and let her know I was leaving. I asked her is there anything I needed to do she said no and pointed me in the direction of the exit and I left. I would also like to say that my appointment was scheduled for 9am and at 7am I received a text that it was canceled. Then I received a message from MyChart that it was rescheduled at 1:40. I checked in online and arrived 5 minutes early. I was taken to the exam room within 15 minute of my arrival. Front desk staff was pleasant enough and the MA did her job professionally.

I will not be back sat from 10 to bout 1:30 still waiting on the doctor. This was terrible the nurse told me u can leave if u like. I ask her to check n see how long. I had to leave by 2 to go get my children from school. I had to go take my grand son to another doctor today. I'm very satisfied with them

Very disappointed about the waiting. I had an appointment for the visit, but I had to wait 11/2 hour before the nurse se called me in. I spent almost 4 hours totally there.That is not acceptable.

I was very impressed with everybody. Everybody was really nice, very sweet. The waiting area was packed. A lot of patients were in there, but again, everything was handled so professionally by the staffing as well as by the physician. I really appreciated it.
