It took me over a year to get in for this apt. I love my doctor Dr. LEE, it's hard to get an apt. I was told because loss of staff and he was booked out so far, so I didn't get an apt. For over a year. My only concerns are the time it takes to get the correct person on the phone to book an apt , and or if I get transfered I'm usually on hold for awhile, or I have to leave a message. I wish it was easier to get an apt. And talk to an actually person at my Dr s office location, not have to go to a generic phone number and be transfered. The back office staff is always amazing as is Dr. LEE

Dr. Lee is really professional. I recommend to anybody, okay, and one trust and really good doctor. He was, he made all the expectations, you know, and I needed. He responds, you know, everything. He listened to me really well and he's really professional. Also, the nurse, okay, both, or his assistant, both, they were really, really good. I give five stars.

Dr Lee needs help, one Physician in this practice is not enough. It took a 5 month wait to get in for a yearly exam, my appointment was at 1:30 but it was after 2 before I was called back. My heart goes out to him trying to cover so many patients. Wake up and send help to this clinic.

I had an appointment at a certain time. I was there 15 minutes early to check in. I asked the lady at check in if I could use the restroom. She said yes and gave a cup to do a urine sample. After being called back to a room, the nurse took bp readings and briefly discussed some concerns. I don't think my urine sample ever got checked. I had to sit there in a paper gown for 45 minutes waiting on the doctor. They make us patients value their time but they don't value ours.
