Was told to be there at 7:45 for an 8:00 am appointment. At 8:30 was still not called. Went up to get my copay refunded and she said to wait a few minutes and they called me back. I felt like my time is not important to them. I could have been told they were running behind. That is my only complaint.

Having a learning event for an up and coming Orthopedic doctor was pretty neat as well. I was happy to be a part in his education.

Dr. Kane was extremely attentive and wanted to know what was going on. He listened, he took time, he manipulated where the pain was, he kept asking questions, he kept asking for clarity, he didn't just describe something or make something up. And he said, he also mentioned the things that he wasn't sure of and he asked more clarity on that. So it was good.

Everything was good, but I'm waiting to see if I will really have an improvement. Once again for a first visit, I'm satisfied with my dialog with the Medicals Staff, so I await for the follow up

Yes, I just wanted to say that we loved Dr. Steven Kane. We loved all the nurses. The whole facility there was awesome. They were all awesome. That doctor is just an awesome doctor. We really did appreciate everything they all did for us and appreciate the doctor. And he was very informative, professional. And we just loved him. He was an awesome, he's an awesome doctor, awesome surgeon. So we loved Steven Kane and the whole practice and the nurses there as well. They were all just, like I said, awesome. That's all I have to say. Thank you.

Dr Kane is personable, knowledgeable and listens well to his patients. Has a great give and take discussion about options and methods. He is also very confident in handling your situation. I would highly recommend him. I had a very good outcome with my knee. Several people I met during my PT had also been his patients and were very pleased.

When I have appointment to see Dr. Kane, I would like to see Dr. Kane. I saw the office assistant, who, another medical doctor, he said he's a medical doctor, but he had some years to complete. He was very nice. But I wanted to see him and I thought maybe he would come in and make me feel like you know what the resident doctor was seeing. And I like for him to ask me if, because I had and appoinment to see Dr. Kane, not to see anyone else. And I like the doctor to ask me if it's all right that he, the doctor to tell me not the intern nurse, the other doctor that's on duty. I don't want them asking me to come in. I wanted Dr. Kane to tell me and I wanted to see my x-rays and I wanted to talk to Dr. Kane. And this is the second time that I've been at his office and I never got a chance to see him. And that's who I may be appointed to see.

Found it absolutely insane that because of a failure of the computer system I could not get my prescription. Because they don't have the stationary anymore to write out prescription on paper in case of when a situation like this occurs. Achilles feels pretty sore right now.

Dr Kane is very hands-on and compassionate. Even though he had other assistants right next to him that could help me, he pushed my wheelchair guiding me to xray. That means a lot, as I'm a person who's worked side-by-side with other doctors in my career.

And that's who I may be appointed to see.
