From the time of my arrival the front desk receptionists were both kind and helpful. I was waiting for my mom to arrive by transport and the reception were so kind and patient with my concerns.

Considering why I had the visit and the stress that comes along with it, both Dr. Beecher and his Resident Dr were AMAZING. They listened, answered all questions, made great recommendations, explanatory to the surgery and overall considerate and professional. The office staff always had smiles and were very courteous as well. THIS OFFICE is the Great! Thank You all! Oh, best part was the drawing on the bed too show me the surgery process by the resident.

You can approve by, I know when I left to check out, the receptionist at the time didn't give me any checkout paper or reschedule my appointment. So I still don't know when my next appointment is. My information isn't in my chart and my prescription wasn't filled.

From the time that I fell and broke my left knee so terribly Dr. Stephen Becher has taken great care of me!He explained everthing to me and my husband!I alway's tell everyone how great he is!He really knows how to take care of his Patients.Thank You Dr. Becher for being such an amazing Surgeon and knowing just how to operate on my knee and doing such a great job !Thanks a million!And Thank You for seeing that I have great Physical Therapy!And also I want to Thank Wellstar Kennestone Hospital for the great care,All of the great Nurses and every Person that had anything to do with my Care while I was a Patient there!Thanks so very Much to Everyone !

My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am yet we didn't see a doctor until close to 9:00 am. Also, during the wait my husband and I could hear a woman wailing in pain in an adjacent room which was rather upsetting.

The staff was professional and the doctor was very attentive and LISTENED to me, which unfortunately, doesn't always happen. However, I was early and they were running over an hour behind. So I waited at least past my appointment time to be seen, but I really liked the doctor.

Appt @ 7:15am. Doors stayed locked until a bit after 7:15 w nowhere to sit while the doors stayed locked. Also with only 4 quiet people in the waiting room, the receptionists turned on Sirius radio at med-high level. I requested the music be turned off and was told "it's bc of the loud patient waiting room". In fact the only loud voices were the 2 receptionists, talking ab personal issues. Obviously the noisy radio was for THEM, not for the patients. Soft background music is fine but patients in pain do NOT want loud music and do not want to hear about the receptionists personal plans and issues.

I have always found the WellStar family to be a very good fit. I've had several friends and family in your WellStar facilities. I've always gotten the best care and knowledge from your staff and doctors. And keep up the good work, you guys, because we, you know, when we're sick and we don't feel good, it's a good thing that people show that they care and that they try to make you feel better. I was the first appt and arrived at 7:15 as instructed by multiple texts and/or emails. I arrived prior to the ofc opening. The person who opened the ofc door for me after 7:15 made no eye contact & did not acknowledge me, nor did two other employees who came thru the waiting room before disappearing behind a locked door. There was no one at the front desk until 7:35. When she arrived she did not acknowledge or speak to me. In fact, no one acknowledged my presence until I was called back for my 7:30 appt at 7:45. Just not a very cordial or friendly first impression.

Dr. Becher explained my injury thoroughly and even printed a picture out to show me where my fracture is located. He was very positive and explained everything so that I could clearly understand the healing process.

They listened, answered all questions, made great recommendations, explanatory to the surgery and overall considerate and professional. The office staff always had smiles and were very courteous as well. THIS OFFICE is the Great! Thank You all! Oh, best part was the drawing on the bed too show me the surgery process by the resident.
