I was the first appt and arrived at 7:15 as instructed by multiple texts and/or emails. I arrived prior to the ofc opening. The person who opened the ofc door for me after 7:15 made no eye contact & did not acknowledge me, nor did two other employees who came thru the waiting room before disappearing behind a locked door. There was no one at the front desk until 7:35. When she arrived she did not acknowledge or speak to me. In fact, no one acknowledged my presence until I was called back for my 7:30 appt at 7:45. Just not a very cordial or friendly first impression.

Dr. Becher explained my injury thoroughly and even printed a picture out to show me where my fracture is located. He was very positive and explained everything so that I could clearly understand the healing process.

Dr. Becher and his entire team are extraordinary. Their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, operational excellence, bedside manner and much much more are the reason that -- hopefully -- after extensive emergency surgery I will regain full function of my left arm and elbow.

Had an appointment at 8:45 am but doctor did not see me till 9:30. The staff seemed to having a party at the nurses' station while I waited.

First visit I had to wait an hour and a half to see him. He just stood at the door and told the nurse what to do. Second visit he was more prompt. He told my son and I he would look up the medications I was on and let us know if there was any I could stop taking. After he left the room we were in he never came back. We waited 20 minutes for him to come back and my son went out to the desk and he only said sorry. He had not looked up anything to tell us. We had an early appointment, as my son had to get back to work. Apparently his time is valuable, but ours was not. I did not like his behavior.
