My appointment arrival time was 9:30 for my 9:45am appointment time. I arrived shortly after 9am and checked in. At 10:10, everyone who was in the waiting room ahead of me had been called back. Many people that had arrived and checked in after me were also called back. I inquired to see if I was still on the list to be seen. They said I was behind 2 more people that had "checked in before me." There was no one in the waiting room who arrived before me. I informed the staff that I had been there for an hour. They went back to "see what they could do." I was called back next. I appreciate that it was quickly resolved. However, the check in and call back process probably needs to be revisted.

Excellent, excellent attention. They are very kind and provide great service. They give the correct medicine, and I have nothing to complain about. All the doctors treat you kindly, and they take care of you perfectly. I am grateful to them, and I like everything about the nurses, kitchen staff, everything. I recommend it.
