Couldn't ask for a better staff.

I was cared for quite well. My only complaint was that I was there a little shy of five hours. I understood my need of a rather large number of stitches caused my long wait. Allof the personnel were exceptionally kind, helpful and professional.

The delay, which was approximately two hours plus wait to be seen by a provider was due, I was told to the fact that they were short a physician's assistant or a nurse practitioner, a provider. The staff out front could do no more than, bring people in, register them and have people wait.

The staff was wonderful! This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at an urgent care. They listened well, were quick to assess the problem, and gave me the information and resources I needed in case I didn't get better. I'm very appreciative for the staff there, and for them making my experience so great!

The registration for imaging was not efficient and the person I was speaking to was cutting out, and not speaking clearly enough for me to hear and understand the questions.

Stephanie the nurse practitioner was fantastic and I can't thank her enough for looking at my son and making sure he was okay. Everyone there was great and helpful. The woman checking us in was so nice and courteous and the X-ray tech was amazing. I can't describe how nice it was to see the care and help that they gave me and my son, I wanted to hug them. They are a great staff and it shows.

We have been to this urgent care multiple times. But this visit was for the most part good. The doctor was good, the nurse who helped clean my son's ears was amazing but the not so nice part was I felt like they forgot about us. After my son's ears were cleaned the doctor was supposed to come check his ears again. We waited possible 45 min and nothing. Then the 1st nurse who took vitals comes in and handed us our discharge papers. I was like "the doctor was supposed to recheck my son and give him antibiotics. She acted surprised. Then about 15 min later the doctor came back and it sounded like she was never informed my son's ears were ready to be rechecked. They finally discharged us. I had told the 1st nurse what pharmacy I wanted my son's prescription to be sent. (Which was cvs in Dallas) when we got to the pharmacy we found out they called the prescription in to the one in Cartersville. I had to call back to have it switched. This cause my son to NOT get his meds last night. I finally was able to get them today at noon. Again the staff has always gone above and beyond when we have had to come to urgent care. Last night not so much. But I feel it was more the 1st nurse that caused all of the delay. So not sure what was going on.

Wow! First the greeting was with smile in the gals voices when I walked in was a welcome. The waiting room was very clean and free of things on the floor. Melissa and Lisa were so helpful and patient with me. And Ms. Personality Stephanie ( PA) walked in, I knew I was going to get better. All around a very personal and caring visit. Thank you!

I had a scheduled appointment for 5:40pm but was not taken back to an exam room until close to 6:55pm. What good is making an online appointment for urgent care if I'm still waiting over 1 hr past my scheduled Appointment time???? I dad also arrived Early for my supposedly 5:40pm appointment.

Walters and her nurse were very kind and showed concern for me from start to finish. Neither was in a hurry and listen to my concerns. They took the time to discuss a plan concerning labs imaging and pain scale. Both checked in on me often and gave me updates. I felt seen and listened to. She was able to give me some answers and rule out some concerns. I left with detailed discharge instructions and follow ups. I wish she could be my primary care doctor. We need more like them. Overall from door to door I was treated kindly and kept up to date on what came next and when.

I had a scheduled appointment for 5:40pm but was not taken back to an exam room until close to 6:55pm. What good is making an online appointment for urgent care if I'm still waiting over 1 hr past my scheduled Appointment time???? I dad also arrived Early for my supposedly 5:40pm appointment.

Walters and her nurse were very kind and showed concern for me from start to finish. Neither was in a hurry and listen to my concerns. They took the time to discuss a plan concerning labs imaging and pain scale. Both checked in on me often and gave me updates. I felt seen and listened to. She was able to give me some answers and rule out some concerns. I left with detailed discharge instructions and follow ups. I wish she could be my primary care doctor. We need more like them. Overall from door to door I was treated kindly and kept up to date on what came next and when.

This cause my son to NOT get his meds last night. I finally was able to get them today at noon. Again the staff has always gone above and beyond when we have had to come to urgent care. Last night not so much. But I feel it was more the 1st nurse that caused all of the delay. So not sure what was going on.

The registration for imaging was not efficient and the person I was speaking to was cutting out, and not speaking clearly enough for me to hear and understand the questions.

The staff was wonderful! This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at an urgent care. They listened well, were quick to assess the problem, and gave me the information and resources I needed in case I didn't get better. I'm very appreciative for the staff there, and for them making my experience so great!

I was cared for quite well. My only complaint was that I was there a little shy of five hours. I understood my need of a rather large number of stitches caused my long wait. Allof the personnel were exceptionally kind, helpful and professional.

It took three hours to be seen, which seemed to be way too long given the amount of people that were there.

The delay, which was approximately two hours plus wait to be seen by a provider was due, I was told to the fact that they were short a physician's assistant or a nurse practitioner, a provider. The staff out front could do no more than, bring people in, register them and have people wait.

Everybody was courteous, on time, and didn't have to wait hours before I was seen. And everybody was very polite and helpful.
