My heads off to the entire staff but mrs.stephanie went over and beyond she help me set off my portal which I didn't know how she gave me piece of mind as she did care which I was very uncomfortable with but she gave me confidence and assurance she gets a 10+

My last visit was very traumatizing and I am anxious going to my appts now. For this appt a student was present in the room. I wish the provider would have asked if a student was okay to be in the room. I also didn't realize the student was going to do my heart beat check and she could not find the heart beat which made me even more anxious. I would have rather been asked ahead of time if the student could perform the Doppler. I would have said that I'd rather just have the provider do it because of my prior experiences.
