The Doctor was more than an hour late in coming into the patient room and took less than 10 minutes with me for a charge to my insurance of more than $250! I like Dr. Mogelnicki personally, but his office is very poorly run. I haven't seen the same nurses in there twice ever! I have referred at least 10 people to him in the past!

Dr. Mogelnicki is knowledgable, up front and honest. He provides detailed pros and cons of any treatment options and has always been to go the extra mile with my health care. Including calling me at home to check on my status. I have seen many physicians in the Wellstar Network, and Dr. Mogelnicki is one of the absolute best.

My appointment was at 4:15 and it was sometime after 5 o'clock when the conference started.

I had to sign a paper saying that if I am more than 15 minutes late, I will not be seen and will have to reschedule. Yet I am typically seen by this doctor about an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time. Today it was one hour late. I have only seen him less than an hour late one time, and that was 45 minutes late. I took a morning appointment for today to hopefully see him before they got behind, yet they were already an hour late by 9:30. Based on testimony from multiple other doctors, my opinion is that Wellstar forces them to see too many patients with too small an appointment window in order to maximize profit. Meanwhile, Wellstar is not respecting the patients and the value of their time. If I am 16 minutes late, I will be refused treatment. Yet the doctor can be typically an hour and twenty minutes late with no repercussion. Furthermore, I have brought this to your attention numerous times now, and yet I'm aware of nothing that has been done to correct the problem, confirming Wellstar's lack of actual care about the patient's experience.
