I would like to know why they do not call you back when you call the nurse line. Why is there such a turn over of nurses there?

Lack of respect for patient's time. I arrived 15 minutes early and after one hour and fifteen minutes of waiting in a room, I had not seen the doctor. I asked and told the nurses that I had a 4 pm meeting but they could not say when I would see the doctor. And of if I wanted to reschedule. I canceled and left. It was purely disrespectful to my time and no one came in to be proactive, knowing there was a delay or over booking. I will never return to this practice

I think the nurses need to pay closer attention to the MyChart when people write in. It's frustrating when they don't get back to you and several days go by and nothing and you have to keep reaching out to them. Thank you.

The Doctor was more than an hour late in coming into the patient room and took less than 10 minutes with me for a charge to my insurance of more than $250! I like Dr. Mogelnicki personally, but his office is very poorly run. I haven't seen the same nurses in there twice ever! I have referred at least 10 people to him in the past!

Dr. Mogelnicki is knowledgable, up front and honest. He provides detailed pros and cons of any treatment options and has always been to go the extra mile with my health care. Including calling me at home to check on my status. I have seen many physicians in the Wellstar Network, and Dr. Mogelnicki is one of the absolute best.
