I have never felt so heard. This location was well worth the 25 min drive from my home. The doctor was exactly who I needed today!!! She listened and didnt try and make me feel like i didnt really know what i was feeling. She didn't try and shove meds I did not need my way. I got everything I needed for my asthma flare that others always tell me it's bronchitis and want me to take coughing pearls and antibiotics when I dnt need it.. The nurse handled my needle anxiety well.

Will never visit this one again. Hour wait was absurd , felt like we were forgotten

We had met our deductible but the lady at the desk said I owed $168. My wife called our insurance company and they said we had met the deductible, should only have paid 10% of that. No effort was made at the front desk to check on this, I paid the $168 and will have to wait on the refund. Maybe she was new, I don't know, but it was not handled well.

Everyone was great from the time I checked in to the time I left. While there was only one doctor that day, they did inform me of that. The nursing support staff who triaged me was wonderful, and then the doctor was wonderful as well. She took my concerns seriously and scheduled a, or not scheduled, but referred me to another doctor. She was wonderful.
