Stacy Morgan was great. She listened to me. She asked questions about my problem. She was knowledgable and helpful. She explained my diagnosis. She explained my treatment plan and follow up. She also explained what to do if my problem got worse. The whole staff was very welcoming and caring.

The nurse and NP I saw today were both wonderful. They both seemed to genuinely care. They were very nice and made me feel heard and understood. This was my first visit to this location. I usually go to the Cooper Lake location but I will definitely go back to the Austell location now that today's visit went so well.

NP was helpful in explaining her thinking and suggesting tests to 'rule out' certain illnesses.

The provider left a lot to be desired. She saw that my child was young and assumed he was uncooperative. She nor the nurse even attempted to swab him for strep throat and used my positive results as enough data to diagnose my child. She did not ask about any additional questions nor concerns. The nurse seemed to be uncomfortable or unwilling to interact or assess children. I paid to have my child examined by a provider and he was what he received did not even meet, let alone exceed wellstar's mission, vision, and values. Exposure is not a diagnosis and I will not be returning to this location when this provider is on duty.

The staff did really well, but I didn't like that there was no pediatric board and we had to take an ambulance to a different hospital. So that was very expensive and inconvenient. Thanks.

Ms. Stacy made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns. She was very thorough in asking questions regarding my questions in order to prevent any interactions. Ms. Stacy made me feel as though I was her main priority in that moment. She made me feel like a person. Thank you Ms. Stacy. Ashley (nurse) was very professional and pleasant. She too was thorough in asking me questions. She took the time to ensure that information in the system was correct as it relates to allergies and medications. Base on my interactions with Ashley she really cares about the patients. Thank you Ashley.

I have NEVER had such an amazing experience with Wellstar but this visit on June 13th was extraordinary from beginning to end!! Although I was there for an injury and in excruciating pain, I have to admit that I carried a smile on my face throughout the visit because of the care and attention of the Staff.
