I've been told for 1-1.5 years to just stop the night bottle and everything will magically get better. The doctors get hung up on how we give her a couple of ounces of milk to get her back to sleep. They don't address the fact that she's waking up screaming like she's being murdered.

The wait times have gotten significantly worse in pediatrics, lab & urgent care. Even with appointments to all departments we waited 1hr or more to see our providers. Not sure if overbooking but it's terrible. You're told to show up 15 min early for all appointments and then you're 55 min or more late. Hopefully it gets better soon

I've loved all of the team members I've had the opportunity to interact with. And our provider is incredible. My only constructive feedback is that there's a lot of wait time once we see shown to the treatment room. This is the second time I waited nearly half an hour from when the nurse left after taking vitals etc until our provider saw us. I understand it's a busy practice and if we want the uninterrupted and intentional time with our provider that means some times it may take them longer to see each patient. It just can be challenging to navigate an hour and a half visit time.

Please improve your scheduling. We waited over an hour and a half after the time the nurse checked us in to actually see the doctor. The doctor was dealing with two patients in the other room. They were a scheduled patient, but whoever scheduled them scheduled two patients for the same time it takes to see one patient. That day we had other things to do, so one and a half hour wait after seeing the nurse and getting the initial checkup is too long.

Facility was super nice only to be trumped by the staff

Long wait. Entire process was 1.5 hours. Maybe getting vaccines (flu vaccine) started before seeing provider would speed things up a little.

Dr. Hamley was terrific. She didn't insist on expensive tests and x-rays not covered by insurance to start treatment for walking pneumonia. My family is grateful.

Dr. Hamley was excellent. What I appreciated the most was that she listened to my daughter and genuinely wanted to figure out what was wrong. She was incredibly thorough with the exam. She also has a great bedside manner. I'm very happy with the care my daughter received. Also, the lady that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. She also did an excellent job. Thank you!

It was a very good experience, both in scheduling appointments and in taking care of my children. My son was very afraid of vaccines before coming here, but they treated him so nicely and injected the vaccine very well that my son's fear disappeared. Thank you to the staff here.

Dr. Hamley was so patient with us during our visit, and I felt like she really listened to us and our concerns. The nurse/MAs were also very kind, including one nurse remembering my daughter from previous visits and going out of her way to say hi to her and make her feel welcome.

We waited over 45 minutes before doctor came into room to see us. Last time doctor said she did not see us on the schedule so we also waited 45 minutes before being seen. They need a better scheduling system so less people are scheduled and less waiting.
