Please improve your scheduling. We waited over an hour and a half after the time the nurse checked us in to actually see the doctor. The doctor was dealing with two patients in the other room. They were a scheduled patient, but whoever scheduled them scheduled two patients for the same time it takes to see one patient. That day we had other things to do, so one and a half hour wait after seeing the nurse and getting the initial checkup is too long.

Long wait. Entire process was 1.5 hours. Maybe getting vaccines (flu vaccine) started before seeing provider would speed things up a little.

Dr. Hamley was terrific. She didn't insist on expensive tests and x-rays not covered by insurance to start treatment for walking pneumonia. My family is grateful.

Dr. Hamley was excellent. What I appreciated the most was that she listened to my daughter and genuinely wanted to figure out what was wrong. She was incredibly thorough with the exam. She also has a great bedside manner. I'm very happy with the care my daughter received. Also, the lady that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. She also did an excellent job. Thank you!

It was a very good experience, both in scheduling appointments and in taking care of my children. My son was very afraid of vaccines before coming here, but they treated him so nicely and injected the vaccine very well that my son's fear disappeared. Thank you to the staff here.

Dr. Hamley was so patient with us during our visit, and I felt like she really listened to us and our concerns. The nurse/MAs were also very kind, including one nurse remembering my daughter from previous visits and going out of her way to say hi to her and make her feel welcome.

The doctor and nurse were kind and helpful. The waiting room had an area of used paper towels but the nurse quickly noticed and alerted other staff members. We had to have a strep test as well as Covid and flu test. I felt like we could have had a little more warning and the swabs could have been a little gentler. My daughter gagged several times but the nurse was helpful with trying to give her tips on how to not gag. We had a bit of a long wait once we were in the exam room. I liked how the doctor involved us in the decision making but I felt a little uncertain of what we should do as far as taking tamiflu or not.

My recommendation for the practice is to provide information about the next appointment ahead of time so that when the parents are leaving one appointment, they can be aware of what is coming up and prepare for the next one.

She looked at several different resources for our son during the visit and then even called me back hours later with more resources. So she was continuing to do research into these resources that we were looking at even after we had left the office.
