The nurse that came in and drew blood from my daughter, my daughter is deathly afraid of needles and gets very anxious and generally passes out. So when he got the blood, he did that. He was okay. But then she was like sliding off of the tape, this little feet, whatever. And I was standing there trying to make sure that she stays. She was like in and out of conscious passing out. And he just handed her a washcloth and walked out of the room and left just like that. Didn't come back, didn't send someone. It was really, really bad, like really bad.

I took my husband to this facility three days prior to needing care myself. The staff were everything we could have wished for during his visit, so I bypassed other urgent care locations to receive care here. There is competency, caring and courtesy throughout this group, as well as a sense of urgency and patient focus. They represent WellStar values beautifully and should be commended. Please do what it takes to retain these employees. Patients need healthcare advocates like them everywhere. We would all be better off because of people like them. THANK YOU!

The staff at the front desk was so rude. Not very helpful. Unable to answer any questions. Was given clipboard to fill out paperwork. Was told that l needed too give my manager and I did. Because they didn't answer l was told that needed to make sure l can give them a number. That someone would answer. I was very confused by her response. I think they need better customer service
