The staff at the front desk was so rude. Not very helpful. Unable to answer any questions. Was given clipboard to fill out paperwork. Was told that l needed too give my manager and I did. Because they didn't answer l was told that needed to make sure l can give them a number. That someone would answer. I was very confused by her response. I think they need better customer service

I was discharged before my test results came back. I was told they would show up in mychart and never called to discuss the findings. When the results were published, I called to ask if the results would change any of the discharge recommendations and was sent around the phone system ultimately to an answering machine. No one ever called me back and I made sure to leave my name and number. I had also sat in the urgent care waiting room for two hours beforehand and had to wait another two hours in the ER waiting room. A referral from another Wellstar facility for something they can't diagnose should have some priority.
