I went for an annual physical and was informed that if I discussed any concerns I could be charged for different kind of visit. What is the medical field coming to. I could have my CNA mom take my vitals. If I can't discuss an issue I've had for a few months (like my jaw issue) at a physical for fear of being charged $260+ dollars, that's shameful.

The visit with Dr. Stacey O'Brien was okay. The problem that I had was, number one, they reported that I arrived at 140. That's not true. I arrived at 120 for the 130 appointment. I brought that to Dr. O'Brien's attention. The staff was quite rude when I brought it to their attention. My insurance was not updated. They assured me it was. I went back and took a screenshot to prove that it wasn't. So if there's a problem that comes up, it's because of the staff not listening. And finally, my blood work, when I went, the phlebotomist missed my blood vessel, and she even said herself, how did she miss such a big blood vessel in one arm? So she had to also stick me in the second arm. Not a good feeling. Thank you.

I feel that it should be explained how the process is conducted when having a physical. The facility has changes during my appts for annual physicals and it was unclear where to go to have lab work done. Having to walk out of the office to another door was confusing. The checkout desk just automatically started scheduling future appointments without clear explanation of what to do next. And when I did go next door it was unclear I needed to checkin at a kiosk.
