And Stacy Cressy, she's very professional. She answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable. She just went above and beyond to explain the questions that I had and I appreciate that. Overall the provider was thorough and listened carefully, however the wait time was rather long. I did not see her for more than 45 mins after the appointment time. My husband was disappointed because he wanted to hear about our baby but had to leave for work because of how long we waited.

Well, I just want to say thank you, WellStar. You know, when I came in, I had to do some lab work and they were on lunch. They recommended that I go down to the first floor to do so. And the ladies at the first floor was amazing, took care of me to make sure everything was accurate. So I do appreciate all of the great customer service experience. Thanks a lot.

Love the staff. I was taken back quickly, however the wait in the exam room was longer than usual. The NP may have been reviewing my insurance coverage for the visit as it had recently changed. I think that was the cause of the lengthy wait, but it would have been good for someone to update me if that was the case. However, it was a good, informative visit.

My experience today was not that good. I had a 10am appointment and did not get called into the office until 1030am after I asked the front desk staff the reason for me waiting long. As well once in the back I was asked to undressed and wait for the doctor in my appointment room. I waited uncloth for an additional 35mins to see the doctor. As I am not pregnant or with child this was a long wait with no explanation. I do wonder how these long wait times can affect someone who is with child. I did take a break from my work to come to this appointment. It would have been appreciated if the delays were communicated instead of me having to asked various employees why the long wait times. I was in the office for over 2 hrs and only was in contact with a nurse for 20mins.
