There was much confusion on my visit I thought I was getting an annual checkup, but when I reached check out they asked me if I wanted to schedule my Medicare annual. I questioned the person at check out saying "I thought that was what I was here for?" She said it was not. On top of everything I was there 3 months ago and told that they would get my records from my Piedmont doctor. I showed up for my appointment only to find out they did not have my records. 3 months really. Not happy about this and I am sure Medicare would like to know about my mirrored appointment. Being charged for basically a repeat visit, same questioned asked same routine. I also told the doctor I did not want a prescription in which she prescribed anyway. I think I may be looking for another general practitioner.

Unfortunately a woman (very clearly) on drugs in the parking lot was brought inside the lobby. The police were called and she was waiting inside. Made me uncomfortable and would have preferred her not be invited inside. She eventually left and appeared to drive away while impaired prior to police arrival.

I was told they don't have complete immunization records of the patient , so will not fill the college immunization form. They asked us to visit previous provider ( primary care physician) Not sure what was the point of going there
