Because of a bad intereface on the chech-in consoke I waited 2 hours fir a blood test. The room wad exceptionally crowded when I arrived. My name showed in tge que. I waited so long I fell asleep. When I woke up, my name was still in the que and had moved closer to the top. The waiting area was almost empty. I noticed that there a complete turnover of awaitees. As I was about to ask if I'd gotten lost in the shuffle, one of the nurses asked if I'd been helped.

The staff screwed up and put someone else in my appointment time slot after I arrived and put me in theirs. I ended up waiting an excessiveamount of times see the doctor, which caused me to be late to catch a plane. The pilot was not happy to say the least that he had to wait for me and then we had to wait for 3 other planes to take off.
