Personally, my point of view is that it is difficult for me to communicate with the insurance company about the medicine that covers it and the clinic workers have not helped me in that regard. Sorry, that is my point of view. That would be great help for the patients. Thank you.

The staff screwed up and put someone else in my appointment time slot after I arrived and put me in theirs. I ended up waiting an excessiveamount of times see the doctor, which caused me to be late to catch a plane. The pilot was not happy to say the least that he had to wait for me and then we had to wait for 3 other planes to take off.
