I told the doctor that I was having ear infection symptoms, and asked for an antibiotic. She didn't listen to me and said it was likely viral. I told her that she had seen my husband the week before and had prescribed him antibiotics. I don't want to see her again, i have seen her on multiple occasions and she NEVER listens.

I just wanted to say that I have been so incredibly happy that I found Dr. Seema Dehghany and this practice for my new PCP. She has honestly been the best family doctor I've ever had in my entire life and she's very patient, she cares about what everything that I've discussed with her, she's very genuine. I just feel that she's an incredible asset to WellSTAR and I can't imagine having another doctor at this point. I really hope that she will continue to stay there and be my PCP forever. She's just amazing and just very, again, just really seemed to care about what everything that I had going on and just every visit I've been on with her has been a wonderful experience.

So basically my experience with WellStar was really good. They actually responded on what I was actually feeling, but I would say they can be a bit quicker. Like I said, I went for a stomach ache, but I mean if I could get some response like quickly, that would really help. Rest everything is fine. It's all good.

The entire waiting room is always very clean. The facilities are excellent. Everyone is really friendly. If I show up early to my appointment, I am usually seen a few minutes before my actual appointment time. And if I show up on time to my appointment, I'm always seen immediately. Everyone at the front desk is very efficient. My doctor is very kind, personable, approachable. And I always feel like if there is a concern of mine, I can talk to anybody in that building about it. I would definitely recommend this doctor if they're on network to pretty much anybody. And that's about it.
