Shreena Patel and her Medical assistant were both exceptional ( and I'm a Wellstar Nurse). I just went in for approval for a colonoscopy but Dr Patel saw something on a prior scan I'd had done and was very concerned about it in regards to my whole. Clinical presentation so... I'm grateful for her attention to detail and she was an excellent listener!! Her medical assistant was also very professional also and told me her name but it's escaping my brain at the moment but her assistant was very thorough and very thoughtful as well!!!

I'm very unhappy with the lack of follow up after the visit. There was NO discharge info provided or lab instructions or medication to patient. Lab instructions were provided in My Chart but not the patient or lab or discharge instructions. Looks like a system problem with computer and oversight in providing documentation. This has been an ongoing problem with Wellstar locations.

I was really impressed that the PA reviewed a lot of my history ahead of time. I've had several new patient appointments lately where providers don't which can then throw off the whole visit. She worked diligently to make sure that we truly communicated and understood each other. The staff was all super helpful and efficient. One of the best new patient visits I've had, especially within Wellstar.
