This NP is absolutely wonderful!!! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and listened to my concerns. She also follows up and makes sure you have everything you need. Other than my PCP, Dr/NP Shogofa would be the only other clinician I would want to see. She was simply amazing!!

My experience was a bit disappointing. The provider seemed to disregard my concerns and implied that they're all made up in my head. Overall, I do appreciate that despite her personal thoughts, she did do what I asked and requested despite her personal thoughts. So that was a positive. However, I would like more respect in a caregiver, a care provider that's open to listen and has more empathy and doesn't negatively provide her opinion.
