As soon as I arrived, the front desk lady was super-duper nice to me, very inviting, very warm, very kind. And as soon as I met with the nurse practitioner, who I was seeing for the first time, she was very informative. Some people may have doubts because of the title, but it's the same thing as a doctor. She's very informative. She's very, very, very knowledgeable, and she made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

I had a bad upper respiratory infection that was probably viral but it was causing me a lot of distress from the coughing. She gave me prescriptions for an antibiotic, steroid and two different cough medicines (one to take during the day and one for night). She also recommended starting on routine zinc and vitamin C to boost my immunity. I appreciated the concern she showed knowing how sick I felt. The medicine is already making a big difference.
