They were all wonderful ladies! Thank you for making my first time welcoming. And please get them some protection glass!! The signs they have to use so patients don't attack them is terrible! Please provide these ladies with the protection glass they deserve and need!

The doctor listened to my concerns very carefully. I did not want a physical exam and she was able to work on me, work with me on that and I really appreciated that but the over an hour wait was extremely ridiculous when I was the third person there and I do not think I will be back to this office considering that wait.

Provider was great! Staff friendly. Only complaint was that I wanted 45 min past my appt time before getting called back, no one ever let me know the Dr was running behind or apologize for delay. Need to practice Aidet!

The wait time to be called back was very long. The MA didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She sent me into a wrong room with a patient in it. The doctor came and did the Pap smear before the nurse came in to ask me any questions about my history. No one seemed very friendly except for the front desk staff

3 years ago the service was a lot better, I got my appointment cancelled a couple of times, waited for results for a long time. Now I'm praying I can get surgery soon. I understand they are short staffed but I feel like just a number for them they don't really care about my health which is normal I'm not their family. Although it will be nice to receive a good service since it's not cheap to get any medical service now a days.

Mrs Emiley,Anita & Carle at the Front Desk were absolutely amazing! All very helpful & extremely funny especially Emiley. The energy at the FD is truly fun! Mrs Cynthia was my Nurse & she was so sweet & took the time to genuinely listen to what my concerns were. Her positive energy & smile were truly appreciated. Mrs.Keisha or Kisha was the lady who drew my labs & when I say I didn't even feel anything...Kudos to you Mrs.Keisha. Everyone was so sweet. I waited a hour and a half to be seen. They told me to go to the bathroom to leave a sample and come back to the room and when I came back they were bringing someone in my room so they asked her to move. Still no thoughts or theory's about what's wrong with me or why I'm having this pain.

Really well with exceptional WellSTAR staff, really poorly. I literally got there 15 minutes early to sit in the lobby an hour before going in the back to see the doctor. That's really, really not good to be sitting in the lobby an entire hour before being called to the back.
