Very pleasant staff. I arrived early and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. I didn't feel rushed out of the exam room. Dr. Rangnekar allowed time for any questions that I have.

I had a 1:30 appointment and 40 minutes before that appointment.I got a text to check "my chart" and my appointment was suddenly moved to 3 o'clock. I don't always have the option to check my chart especiallyif i had been at work; so, a phone call would have been nice. I know things happen to change schedules. It just would have been nice to know why and via phone call. Nobody in the office knew why it was changed. That being said the staff is very nice and the doctor is very thorough.

My appointment was good. I did have to wait an hour to see the doctor, and like all individuals, my time is important, and I was hoping I didn't have to wait an hour to see her. I'm glad to see her. I like the doctor very, very much, but I do not like waiting an hour.
