One patient had sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours waiting to be tested, finally asked the Tech when she came out about her sign in and one of them had marked thru her name on sign in sheet.

I had been going to Wellstar PCP for years, due to my insurance(UMR) I had to go somewhere else for a year! Once things were worked out with my insurance I went back to this provider. I really like Shannon and staff. Also, it's very convenient if you need labs done, it's in the same building and the staff there is wonderful!

The front staff are friendly and professional. I really do like Dr Shockley . She always takes time to listen when I have a problem . This was the first time I had seen the nurse and I really did like her she enjoys her job unlike some of the others. Then there's the ladies in the lab. They are a hoot. They make you forget about being nervous about a blood draw.
