The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and combative. The lady that assisted me would not look me in my eyes when she spoke to me, she just looked at her computer the entire time. Then they proceeded to chat and laugh with each other afterwards. Very unprofessional.

The staff and the doctor were all caring and loving. I walked in to see if l can book an appointment for my knees. By the time l was almost at the door, my knee was hurting so bad that I couldn't walk. I was out there for like 10 minutes, thank God for one of the staffs that was coming back from her break, she ran inside and got a wheelchair. I was able to see my doctor. After l finished at the lab for my blood work, the phlebotomy lady saw how bad l was hurting, she offered to wheel me to my car. I can't thank them enough, God bless them all.
