I was completely amazed. I can not tell how many times that I am called by my first name when having interactions with healthcare professionals. Each and every person I come into contact with addressed me as Mrs. Jones (properly). From start to finish. My wait time in the waiting room was approximately 4-5 minutes which was wonderful. The staff smiled and were professional. They all were so happy to care for me. That felt good because I was nervous. Usually providers are in and out in 5 minutes. Provider Fambro was thorough and clear with me how my treatment plans will go. She went over much more than what I expected! she took the time to discuss all of my questions concerning my recent hip surgery, blood pressure, weight, food intake, and exercise goals. I was so incredibly inspired I went swimming directly after my appointment. I feel provider Fambro will be instrumental in my goals. Then to my surprise she made sure I was safe walking (recently had a hip replacement a few months ago) I am so very glad that I took the first step to seek help.
