When I got my abnormal results and asked to speak to the doctor, the nurse kept refusing to give the doctor the message. Once it was forwarded to the doctor she wasn't responsive only sent me a MyChart message asking me what questions I had. Why would a doctor not call their patient back with questions about results. Why do I have to make another appointment and be charged to speak to the doctor about my results.

I love Sekeyta and her staff. And one thing I just wanted to highlight was the physician's assistant or nurse or whoever was that came back and did my weight with me. When I said I didn't want to see it, she like totally understood, was like, yep, you turn away. Like, I didn't have to explain anything or clarify. It just was very easy. So I think that was like a noticeably positive experience. And I really appreciate it. And I hope you guys have a great day.

The time I walked the door to the time I left my appointment everyone I seen acknowledged I was there. They made sure Mr needs were met and most of all I didn't wait an hour just to see the Dr. Dr hall listened to me and helped me talk through some of my concerns. I really feel heard as a patient.

Today was a just a routine prenatal visit (34w) and i had a LIST of concerns/anxieties due to preterm contractions. Dr. Hall took the time to listen, and reassure me. She didn't rush us out the door, or belittle our thoughts/concerns. Our what was suppose to be 15 minute appointment stretched to nearly an hour. I know that must cause a domino effect on her already packed schedule, and yet, you wouldn't have known she had any of patients to see today based on the amount of time and patience she exhibited with us today! Dr. Hall has always went above and beyond and i trust her with not only my life, but my unborn child's life. Will always refer people to her!

When I said I didn't want to see it, she like totally understood, was like, yep, you turn away. Like, I didn't have to explain anything or clarify. It just was very easy. Yes, Dr. Hall was very thorough. She listened to my concerns. She was very informative in terms of what she recommended for my care. She placed referrals based on what I told her my histories were. I would definitely, 10 out of 10, recommend her in the future and I'm confident that she will continue to provide me with great care.

When I got my abnormal results and asked to speak to the doctor, the nurse kept refusing to give the doctor the message. Once it was forwarded to the doctor she wasn't responsive only sent me a MyChart message asking me what questions I had. Why would a doctor not call their patient back with questions about results. Why do I have to make another appointment and be charged to speak to the doctor about my results.
