The Medical Provider, Sarah, was EXCELLENT. She took time to clearly explain what was happening with my neck. I especially appreciated she allowed me to ask questions about the treatment of my body.

This was a great experience. The entire team was welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Sarah was efficient but still took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any question I had. I felt confident that my child was being well cared for. Would highly recommend the Crabapple office.

I really needed service the previous evening at 9:45pm. Closest urgent care close at 10pm so my only option was the ER. Really wish this urgent care location was open later. Actually went to ER but they were way too busy and cost concerns made me leave and wait until the morning to get help. Thankfully it wasn't an urgent situation.

Everyone was very nice and polite, the waiting outside was less than 6 minutes, and in less than an hour I went home with recommendations on what to do. I think it will be very likely I'll return there next time my doc is not available. Thank you.
