Very expensive for urgent care. Wait time was reasonable for a walk in. Check in was smooth. Nurse was helpful. Provider comes across fake and slightly disrespectful. She needs to work on that. Assumed that I got sick last in my family because "typically the wife spends more time taking care of the kids". She had a hard time not acting annoyed when I assumed I had a sinus infection.

Front staff and PA were awesome. The nurse was snippy and cold. I've been to this location several times over the years and this was the first time I encountered someone on staff who wasn't particularly nice.

Not only would I recommend this facility but I followed my wife's recommendation to go this facility. It's a family thing. I am going to follow the PA's instructions so I might be back, although the PA was very instrumental that I might not 'have' to go back. Thanks for your interests in my situation.

I was prescribed 2 medications to be picked up at the next door Kroger. My grandson went in to pickup the prescriptions but only one of the prescriptions was included. I did not notice this until I got home. I called the next morning to ask that the prescription be transferred to the Holly Springs Walmart since that was much to my home and what I normally used for prescriptions. Far as I know this was never done. I still don't have that prescription.
