The review I am leaving is for the entire wellstar system. Sara, the lady that checked my hearing was super sweet and kind. But to be honest, she was the only one I can really compliment. I am completely disappointed frustrated and angry with the so called care that I have have been given over the past two years. Your Drs do not listen, do not answer questions and flat out do not care about the person in front of them. They made me feel like just a number and just another dime closer to a nice vacation. The only thing I want is to figure out how to handle the completely obvious symptoms I am having. But instead have been made to feel like I am asking too much, a pill seeker, a waste of time and a basket case. Simply because I cared about my quality of life. So much so that I have given up completely on any sort of further hope in feeling any better and finding any relief. I once believed people became Drs to help people. But after seeing two endocrinologists a rheumatologist and an ent, I no longer believe in Drs. Not at wellstar at least.
