I really liked that he took the time to really talk with me and understand what I am feeling . I told him my concerns and he is helping me with those. I was very impressed with the Dr 's and the staff. Im looking forward to hopefully working with the Dr's to accomplish the goal of no more pain.

The staff at the desk was great, the nurse was amazing. There was a doctor I believe that was shadowing the primary doctor. I don't know his name I'm not good with remembering stuff. I'm not sure if it was his personality or just manner in general but I didn't care for him much and when I thought he was the main doctor at first, I was coming to see I had a bit of concern and confusion. Once the main doctor came in I felt a lot more comfortable. I was frustrated sightly because the first doctor came in and asked me a bunch of stuff and seemed dismissive and at times I felt I had to repeat some things. the main doctor came in and started asking and doing the same general test the first doctor had but was a lot more comfortable and communicated and I felt good about the visit

I thought everyone I talked to in this facility was really nice, friendly and helpful. I had a small issue with my chart and my co-pay. I was sent a bill for $ 340 which i paid, when I only owed $10. I was contacted immediately and they lady I talked to was very friendly. But I was under the impression this would be taken care of fairly easily. As it turns out it will require alot of time and a couple of phone calls, instead of what I thought should be a quick refund. But all the nurses, techs,and office staff were great!

My nurse was really nice too and paid attention to everything I said as did my neurologist who modified my meds, told me to let him know right away if I had another seizure, had another appointment set up in a few months, and had a new MRI taken soon. I'm waiting to know the date and time I will return for the MRI. I called already.
