I wish this provider could give me the synbus shot for arthritis in both knees. I've tried the others and none work. I was told by orthopedics that insurance would not pay until I tried all others before getting the synbus shot.

I was really worried and scared coming into this appointment, but the front office staff, the nursing staff, and the doctor herself made this a wonderful experience, and I would recommend them to anybody, especially the front office staff and the nursing staff. The doctor's good too, but they were the ones that really set the tone to put you at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am always greeted so kindly by the receptionist when I arrive for a Doctor visit. The nurses are also very friendly, and I always look very forward to seeing Dr. Sana Makhdoom. She gives me all the time I need to ask questions and to talk about how I've been doing. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!

I spent 30mins waiting in the exam room on the doctor after my initial vitals were taken. She came in, stood leaning against the counter, arms crossed. Mentioned my CT scan 6 mos ago showed improvement and asked if I needed any refills on prescriptions. All of about 1 min. Looking at MyChart and the report posted after the visit, it listed the office visit as 30 mins with screening, exam, consultation, plan of treatment. This is not accurate. I was not examined at all other than basic vitals taken by nurse upon arrival. No questions regarding my condition were asked by the doctor. This visit could have easily been a phone call. None of my other Wellstar doctors have ever been this nonchalant with me. And after seeing the MyChart report that seems to indicate a full exam, I believe this to be very misleading and concerning.
