Staff are excellent but wait times are ridiculous - 1-1.5 hours minimum!!!

I had a 10 o'clock appointment... With an arrival time of 945. I was not taken back into a room until 1130. I do not understand the purpose of making an appointment.

It's important to be professional at all times. I could hear the doctor laughing outside the room with the other staff about the test results and he was pretty smug and not empathetic when delivering those results. I wouldn't go back.

Dr. Samson Adewale and his staff was awesome. The follow up by Dante was so awesome. Front desk just as pleasant and professional. The medical assistant that triaged my son was excellent. I appreciate everyone who took care of my Son. Thank you VHP urgent care.

I think the nurse was Katrina and the x-ray tech was Olivia. They were superb in the way they performed their jobs and kept me informed each step of the way. I think it would have been better if I didn't have to call before getting the x-rays, though I do understand that they wanted to get the billing straight. Still, it was a step that could have been dealt with up front, specially since I already knew that I was going to have to get x-rays to begin with and since they had to resend everything to my secondary insurance provider since they didn't to begin with.

I was a little disappointed that they could not do the blood work that I needed. I ended up having to go to my primary care doctor that same afternoon to get blood work done. So that defeated the purpose of going to an "full service" urgent care.

I waiting well over an hour for an appointment I had. Was not aware of the delay in the schedule. Once seen by the doctor, it lasted all of 3 minutes and he did not address a single concern. I came in for symptoms including a cough and fever that had lasted 48 hours +. My vitals were taken, the doctor looked in my ears, nose and throat and told me "seems like you're feeling better! Fluids and immune support should do the trick." and then promptly left. I was never given a diagnosis which was why I had come in so I could let my work know what was going on and take into consideration how contagious I may be. Not a single COVID or flu test was offered. Total waste of almost 2 hours of my day, on top of already feeling lousy. When I received my discharge summary a day later, it only noted that I only had a sore throat which was not incorrect but was not my primary concern. That told me that no one seemed to listen to my concern or care to ensure I was going to recover quickly. I did not feel the doctor listened to anything I said and seemed rushed during the 3 minute encounter we had. Truly disappointed and will be even more so disappointed when I receive a bill for something I already knew.

I had a horrible experience. I waited over 3 hours with a reservation and the staff were a bit rude and disregarded the fact that they literally told me that they were begin but never once did they say the wait time would be more than 3 hours. It was ridiculous. And the fact that they were defensive when asked how much longer was rude. They did not come across as though they cared. The last thing a sick person needs is to encounter this type of experience. I hope I never have to go there again.

Not a single COVID or flu test was offered. Total waste of almost 2 hours of my day, on top of already feeling lousy. When I received my discharge summary a day later, it only noted that I only had a sore throat which was not incorrect but was not my primary concern. That told me that no one seemed to listen to my concern or care to ensure I was going to recover quickly. I did not feel the doctor listened to anything I said and seemed rushed during the 3 minute encounter we had. Truly disappointed and will be even more so disappointed when I receive a bill for something I already knew.

I was a little disappointed that they could not do the blood work that I needed. I ended up having to go to my primary care doctor that same afternoon to get blood work done. So that defeated the purpose of going to an "full service" urgent care.

I think the nurse was Katrina and the x-ray tech was Olivia. They were superb in the way they performed their jobs and kept me informed each step of the way. I think it would have been better if I didn't have to call before getting the x-rays, though I do understand that they wanted to get the billing straight. Still, it was a step that could have been dealt with up front, specially since I already knew that I was going to have to get x-rays to begin with and since they had to resend everything to my secondary insurance provider since they didn't to begin with.

As usual they were all amazing!! I've never had such a great experience as I do with Wellstar Cherokee Health Park Urgent care and all of my Wellstar doctors, nurses and team!

Dr. Samson Adewale and his staff was awesome. The follow up by Dante was so awesome. Front desk just as pleasant and professional. The medical assistant that triaged my son was excellent. I appreciate everyone who took care of my Son. Thank you VHP urgent care.

It's important to be professional at all times. I could hear the doctor laughing outside the room with the other staff about the test results and he was pretty smug and not empathetic when delivering those results. I wouldn't go back.

I had an appointment and was seen at appointed time. Staff explained test results. I was satisfied by my level of care.

I had a 10 o'clock appointment... With an arrival time of 945. I was not taken back into a room until 1130. I do not understand the purpose of making an appointment.
