Why do the women at the front desk have to be so sour? They act as if you are a great inconvenience to them being there. No greeting and definitely no smile. They make you feel worse! I don't understand why they are allowed to be this way. Everyone else there is wonderful. Do you want them to treat people badly? Please retrain them or replace them.

The self check is was very long and very hard to see but other than that I was very happy with the care I received. The doctor and the nurses were very caring and attentive.

Yes, I came, I was in extreme pain. Yes, it was later in the evening, maybe half an hour, hour before closing. My security was not taken seriously. When I got out, I was left in a room with a male doctor, got out, all the lights were in the facility, nobody walked me into the parking lot. I might as well have just been in an abandoned building. And what if I had fallen out? Nobody made sure that I even made it to my car arrive. Not sure what's going on, didn't appreciate it at all, and plan to report you to the state board.

Wait times were very long for what appeared to be a slow time when I arrived. The time between when each interaction with the nurse or provider was very long with no communication of the delay.

the doctor was kind and compassionate, the nurse was rude. i've never had a bad experience here til yesterday. i understand it was later on a sunday and maybe she was burnt out for the week, but she just made me feel like a burden to even be there. i don't want her to get in trouble or anything but she just simply made my already bad day, worse. i pray for her and hope that's not her natural personality.

In a lot of ways I prefer this facility more than our primary care because they are so kind and thorough. This is such a wonderful facility and the people of Douglas county are extremely lucky to have it! 10 out of 10!!

It was great being there again the front end person need to be more helpful to people coming in not everybody know how to work a kiosk and they see you standing they don't say I'll be with you in a moment or how can I help you? they just be looking at you and turn there head and act like you are not standing there They need help in that area. Thank You for your service
