I called multiple times for several days and was put on hold for over 40 minutes at a time. When I arrived for my appointment there was another patient there who had come into the office to try to make an appointment because she had tried for days to get through on the phone and no one would answer. I can go to any doctor anywhere and my time is important to me. I intend to find another practice that is not Wellstar.
