I'm very happy with Dr. Ashraf and the service that she provides. She's great with my baby. I have no complaints. I was a little bit annoyed about how the front office staff canceled my baby's 6 month checkup and then didn't properly notify me. But that doesn't have anything to do with Dr. Ashraf and she put us at ease about that cancellation when we were at the appointment.

Front desk staff is abysmal. They barely look at you during check in, act like they don't know anything, are not empathetic, no smiles, greetings or "how are you today" just grumpy and rude ladies who clearly don't enjoy their jobs... if not for the amazing medical staff (nurses and docs) I would have left this practice (because of poor front desk management) a long, long time ago.

Our usual provider is Dr. Clark, but she is on leave currently, so we had the pleasure of being scheduled with this provider and her team. I am really pleased with the care my son got and this practice has always been great.

We've been coming to this practice for years. Everyone is always very nice, super informative. The kids love their experience, even when they get shot. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here, and we have certainly circulated through several of the pediatricians that have been there just between changes and administration and doctors, and everyone has always been very nice. We love this particular office, and we'll continue to stay there through, as long as we're in the area.

We had seen Dr. Holiday in the practice for 26 years, so this is a new doctor for us, and it was seamless, and she walked away really liking her, so I think that's a win.

Doctor Ashraf is not our usual pediatrician and we'd never seen her before. However I was blown away by the care we received. Dr. Ashraf was caring, considerate, thorough and really listened to us. She spent the necessary time to get to the bottom of our daughter's illness and wasn't in a rush to leave the room. I'll definitely use her again if we ever can't get in with our usual Ped. What a brilliant experience!

Your offices never have enough appointments. I don't like having a pediatrician I've had for 17 years that I can't get a sick appointment with. I shouldn't have to go to an ER or urgent care when we have a dr office with 10 pediatricians.
