I love that my doctor was very honest, direct and he spoke in matter of fact tone. He made great eye contact and definitely came across to me as a doctor who knew what he was talking about and he spoke his mind!

I got there early... Watched 4 other people that came in after me go in to see the doctor... I was finally called back 50 minutes after my appointment time... Waited to have the doctor rush through the appointment... And out in under 15 minutes after I was finally called back... Not a good experience... My dog gets better attention from our vet...
