She always ensures that I have all the information I need regarding my plan of care and always asks about my husband who is also her patient. I wish all doctors were like her!! Dr. Adeel is an absolute gem. Her whole crew is great. The team is great. She's guided us from day one, from when she first came to that practice, and she has helped us turn our diabetes around. So she is fabulous. If we're willing to do the work, she's going to walk right beside us to do it.

I asked for a refill on Janovia. They did not give it to me and the drugstore will not give me any more, said the doctor. It would have to resubmit it. So I felt like that was a little something that concerned me. I have exactly six pills.

I am always impressed by Dr. Adeel's way of communicating with me as if she had last met with me the day before, instead of a year before. She makes references to what we had discussed, what we did about it, what the results were, and how it relates to what's happening today. She is WONDERFUL!!!!!

The communication with this provider is awful. I started calling a week prior to my appointment with no avail. Due to the appointment being made a year in advance, I was not aware of what the appointment was for. I finally was able to reach the office the day of the appointment, only to find that I needed lab work prior to the appointment. Then after asking for the office manager, and canceling that appointment, I was told the doctor would see me without lab work so I had to reschedule. Just not a good experience.
