The girl at the check out was very unprofessional. I needed to make a follow-up appointment and when I went to her window for 3 minutes she never acknowledged me, looked up from her computer to make eye contact, or spoke to me at all! After I stood there 5 minutes she asked me to go sit in some chairs to wait so.e more...after another 5 minutes I asked if I can call later to schedule my appointment and she said yes... when I got home 1:50pm I called to schedule my appointment,got an answering machine, so I left my name,phone number and a message explaining I needed to schedule an appointment and no one ever called me back. I called back a few hours later and received the same automated message. I guess I will call again in the morning...very unprofessional..

You did well on waiting on me, the doctor did but what, what I'm what, what I'm not satisfied about is that it's taking too long for the process, so they can go in on a see about my injury. It's taking a little too long for it to put the process, so they can, y'all can kind of rush that kind of work on that. That's kind of speed that up as where they can process, it went with process me quick or I can go on, but it gets in about and seeing about my injury. Because, you know, I'm saying I'm in pain.
