Dr. Shetty was fabulous and was actually interested in my blood tests and other tests from my other doctors and asked me questions about my health, whereas as the previous doctors had not seemed at all interested!

One concern is that I was sent a text message from rxinform and my address was incorrect. I called express scripts to confirm my address and it was accurate. I have no idea what rx inform is. I don't understand why wellstar doctors need more than MyChart. Confusing for the patient.

Front staff was so kind and warm personality. The atmosphere was welcoming. The nurse was beautiful and kind. I really like Dr. Shetty he explained what I needed to know about sleep apnea. That I decided to get the cpap machine for my healthy lifestyle journey. Thank you!

The wait time from when the MA took vitals until the provider came in was in excess of 30 minutes without any update from the staff. As a courtesy it would have been better service to acknowledged the excessive wait time and status for why the provider may be running late.
