This is my second time visiting this particular doctor. Nothing extremely negative. Initial visit, I asked him what I spoke to him about what would he do, and he said let's wait a while. This was about six months ago. Most recently, my second visit, I'm not going to say he's a little rushed. He did shake my hand. Don't recall him washing or his hand coming or going, which I know is important. Not really standoffish. He suggested surgery, so I'm going to research that, and we'll go from there. Nothing negative about him, but it was on my second visit, so nothing. Right now, I'm neutral, but he seems like someone that I would potentially continue seeing. And I'll leave it at that. Not a bad bedside manner.

The receptionist does not provide a patient friendly attitude. I waited until I had more exposure to this person before commenting as everybody is entitled to a "bad" day, but after several contacts I found her attitude remained the same whether in person or over the phone. This practice would benefit from replacing this person. Her approach is like a guard dog. Very unappealing.

Waiting three months to go to a doctor's appointment to be told that I need to get a preliminary scan done before they can move any further is ridiculous. There's no reason why, after reviewing my files, the doctor could not have told me to go get those scans done in the three months I was waiting to see him. It was a waste of $60 and of my time, and I'm not happy.

Your nurses and the physician know their practice very well. They're very courteous and I feel very comfortable around them. I do feel that your front desk staff needs more training though. I have a hard time giving them my payments and I end up getting a bill, which I am always coming prepared to pay. Thank you.
