No complaints, very satisfied with my visit, explained my results, so I could understand.

You rarely get the same nurse twice, some are good, others either don't care or narcissistic, quick to blame the patient or other nurses. Doctors have a very conservative approach to medicine. Something has to happen in order for other things to happen. Reactive and not proactive. I shouldn't have been there for a whole week if they just listen to what was being said, instead of following a flow chart. I'll never go back.

My experience with Wellstar as well as the Thoracic surgery team and all the PA's and nurses etc. have been absolutely fantastic. I almost want to get sick again and go back to the blue tower west 6th floor. They made me feel so good and made me smile through a challenging time. I really appreciate the care I received.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I just found the whole experience really great. The front office staff and everybody that telephone calls get referred to were efficient and prompt and friendly and responsive. Ryan was great about answering what were probably stupid questions to him, but he was wonderful about it. And it was just an excellent experience.

I would say that Wellstar thoracic has the most wonderful staff they go above and beyond in knowledge, care, and compassion, I went for a follow up post surgical appt. But a few hrs before arrival I was feeling pretty ill, long commute too. They jumped to action got me immediately on oxygen and to the hospital. Wellstar Thoracic surgery is the best, and I highly recommend everyone in this practice. Thank you all

The assistant who performed the initial part of my visit was extremely helpful and very compassionate. I explained to her that my husband had passed away recently. I'm sorry I did not get her name. Ryan was very thorough and explained my CT scan to me in detail. All in all, it was a very pleasant visit starting with the front desk!
