Dr. Harley and her nurses always take the time to listen to any concerns, let's us know step by step when they are about to do anything or something different during the exam. Dr. Harley goes above and beyond to make sure we understand and are comfortable with the current treatments or any changes that needs to be made. We usually are seen at the Mulkey rd office. On this visit the Smyrna Front Office Staff was the most unfriendly and unprofessional experience I've ever had. Dr. Harley was amazing as usual, but the rest of the interactions were very disappointing.

She is always pleasant, professional, and addresses all of my questions.
