One of the best doctors I've ever had- a careful, thoughtful, listener, who has never once made me feel rushed, although he also never wastes time. Time is spent wisely. He is knowledgeable about my concerns and always covers not only my immediate concern, but does a quick review and gives reminders of future tests and appointments I need to plan for. This virtual visit worked well, except that when he was running a bit late (which didn't bother me), I called the helpline # twice, and no one ever picked up and there was no way to leave a message. My complaint is not with Dr. Nettey, but with the helpline. I know he was taking great care with another patient, just as he does with me.

He took a very holistic, personal approach and spent a great amount of time, spent time afterwards sending me additional resources just from my physical with him a few months ago and we met before. He's by far the best physician I've ever had. And yeah, he's quick to listen and was very informative, supportive, empathetic, all the above. I'm really, really happy with him as my provider and wouldn't want to consider any other doctor unless he recommended him. So I really think he was great and much appreciate y'all's approach to everything and just wanted to let him know that by far, best doctor I've ever had. Thank you.

My husband and I really enjoy Dr. Nettey's practice. They are really top-notch all the way around from blood shaking and all of that. The major problem I have with WellSTAR is making appointments and getting people to answer a phone when I have a question, trying to determine when I can have my visits and getting people to call me back is the hugest WellSTAR headache and the only reason I would leave Dr. Nettey. One of the best doctors I've ever had- a careful, thoughtful, listener, who has never once made me feel rushed, although he also never wastes time. Time is spent wisely. He is knowledgeable about my concerns and always covers not only my immediate concern, but does a quick review and gives reminders of future tests and appointments I need to plan for. This virtual visit worked well, except that when he was running a bit late (which didn't bother me), I called the helpline # twice, and no one ever picked up and there was no way to leave a message. My complaint is not with Dr. Nettey, but with the helpline. I know he was taking great care with another patient, just as he does with me.
