I APPRECIATE his tracking and working with other doctors that are seeing me. I think it gives him input to help me when I see him at a later time. My recent experiences with the for-profit medical system have been less than encouraging. I have dealt with an insurance company trying to deny coverage for needed surgery for my wife. I have been overlooked by Wellstar and other practices who don't have enough staff to keep up with their patients. In my e-check-in for today's appointment with Dr. Nettey, I completed a Medicare questionaire, which he did not know about and had not seen and could not access in my file. How am I supposed to trust any doctor or nurse or administrative person when the company seems intent on taking my money while providing minimal services?

There is not, never, never a time to see or visit with the doctors personally. I never can see my family doctor, Dr. Patel. I see her once a year because I made the appointment one year in advance. I have never seen her and the only doctor available that I have seen lately, Dr. Nettey, and he is great, he is wonderful, but he doesn't have time also for appointments. So I have to see it through a virtual appointment and that's not good. When Dr. Batista was there, he was always available for me and for my husband. So you need to really, really improve that. Thank you.
