We do appreciate the staff and doctors but every well visit we often are brought in 15-20 mins after our time, and then are left waiting over 45 mins the room. We were the 2nd appt of the day, and were there 90 mins. This happens almost every time, and we are seeking other practices, as our time does not seem to be valued.

Dr. Miller is phenomenal. She is someone who just listens to what you are doing. She thoroughly looks over the chart. She gives you honest feedback but also tools that will help you with your child. She has always been an amazing doctor which is why we love to continue coming if anything happens to her and we always refer everyone to her as well.

We are first time parents and she does a great job reviewing common concerns/questions based on our child's age at each appointment, validating our concerns, and providing helpful recommendations as well as referring us to the necessary specialists to make sure our child is getting the care he needs. We always leave our appointments talking about how great she and the nursing staff are, and how glad we are that we chose her to be our son's pediatrician.

My son has been coming to this practice for over 13 years, starting with Dr. White and then Dr. Miller. When Dr. White left and Dr. Miller joined the practice, we trust her 100%. She's a great doctor. The staff has changed over the years, but they've all been nice and consistent, and we're very happy with the practice. But in particular, Dr. Miller is our favorite and who we try to see every time we go.

Dr Rogena Miller was a pleasure to meet and very thorough and patient to go over my son's records since we are new to the practice. All my questions were answered and I knew my son was in good hands. My only concern for front desk staff is that when we arrived 15 minutes early no one was working at the front desk and there was no sign to advise when they would return. I knocked on the door to get help so we could get checked in. Otherwise everything was great.

I've had four children. The oldest is 27 and the youngest is 16. We have been with Dr. Miller since she first joined Dr. Musser's practice. She has always given my children the utmost in care. We love her.
