My experience was excellent. FOS Kimberly was very professional and polite. My MA was very kind and professional while doing my vitals and assessment (sorry I forgot her name). Dr. Stewart was exceptional and extremely informative. I will be back next year for my physical.

This was my first time seeing this doctor and I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and interest in my health concerns.

I don't always leave these reviews. I actually seldom do. But after that visit, I do feel the need to share how great my experience was. For starters, I absolutely love WellSTAR. For the brief window of time that I've moved and lived on the side of Georgia that didn't really have WellSTAR, I did not love my experiences getting pap smears, doing my physical, anything. So now to be back in the area of WellSTAR, of course the standard is already the level that I expect it to be. But this is my first time being seen by Dr. Roderick Stortz. I will be going back. I'm going to have my fiance get his physicals from him as well. This was the first time a doctor properly explained certain things to me. This is the first time that I have been able to have this type of dialogue with the doctor. So I did go ahead and switch and make him my PCP from who I had before. I will continue seeing Dr. Roderick.

I wanted to switch my provider. I was hoping not to leave WellSTAR, but your website wouldn't let you switch general practitioners. And when I called the receptionist, they didn't give me an option to see Dr. Stewart. I had to come in there and see a physician's assistant that reported to the doctor that I did not want to see anymore. Only after I spoke to the physician's assistant would they come and help me switch to Dr. Stewart. And then I had to pay another $162 to go back up to see Dr. Stewart, where if y'all would have let me switch originally, either through helping me at the front desk or on your website, I wouldn't have had to do two visits.
