I am so glad to be able to return to Dr Ujjin. He was my Dr over 30 years ago and many moves and many years later even though I live 5 hours away it is my choice to return to him. He is a gifted talented Dr unlike any other I have ever had. He listened, performed immediate testing, took lab specimens and had results to discuss further within 24 hours! That's unheard of here in East Tennessee where it takes a week to get lab results. I am so overjoyed to have him as my PCP again especially now in my old age.

Dr. Ujjin calls you personally to give you the results of any test he has ordered. That, to me, is very important because you can ask him any questions about the results right then. Doctors like that hardly exist anymore. Everything is automated these days.

Dr. Ujjin doesn't know he is a Doctor. Dr. Ujjin loves to refer you to other specialists even for conditions treated at local Urgent cares. He does NOT LISTEN. He can't address your issues because he doesn't listen, Dr. Ujjin referred me to a Dermatologist for a fungal infection he should be able to handle. It's not rocket science and he is a Doctor. The communication problem could be due to clash of accents making understanding challenging but he never ask you to repeat or clarify in an attempt to understand. You come in with your problems, see Dr. Ujjin and. Leave with problem unaddressed and unresolved. The only thing resolved during visit is charge and payment. I think Dr. Ujjin is personable, seems friendly & approachable. He just doesn't know he's a doctor expected to treat patients not a contractor who refers you to specialists. I can pick specialists for my problems. I don't need to make an appointment, drive to office, wait & see a Dr to get a referral to a specialist. I can do that for free without leaving my house. Wellstar needs real, competent, up to date Drs, not subpar professionals going through motions, not providing real care. Shame on Wellstar!

There is a lab tech that was TOO LOUD for a medical facility . She would come out of lab and call patients name and was acting unprofessional . I could hear her when I went back in the doctors office. I retired from Wellstar and this behavior would not be tolerated .
