I was disappointed in the MyChart Virtual visit. I couldn't get connected and the platform was not intuitive. I called the help desk and they were unable to get me the help I needed.

Dr. Kapil is a very good doctor and I'm very pleased to have her as my primary care physician. She listens really well and she's really thorough on anything that she does and I really feel like that she's a super doctor and really explains everything really well. So I feel real comfortable with her and it would be hard to find anybody else to be more pleased with. So I get right in on everything and yeah, I would be very welcome to recommend her to anybody that I know.

My physician did not have in person appointments available but was informed of my rash. She scheduled a mychart visual call. She looked at my rash, sent prescriptions to my pharmacy and counseled me on what to expect. Dr. kapil is always very friendly, compassionate, and competent. I would recommend her to anyone.
