I provided my pharmacy I use, instead of calling my prescription to them my prescription was sent to mail in pharmacy which, in a voicemail, stated in would be 3 to 5 days. This is not acceptable.

I would like to have all annual orders completed before I meet with the Dr. for example, every year I go in, the Dr says 'here is an order for bloodwork and mammogram' call me when u get results. What is the point of seeing the Dr before she has any diagnostics? Change your practices to have known, annual diagnostics ordered in time to be completed before the annual visit with doc so we have something to talk about.

Dr. Latif and both of the nurses who checked me in and completed my exam were wonderful. I had an issue because before my exam I was going to run out of birth control. I requested that I receive the scrip so I could not be on my period for the visit, as I cannot reschedule the appointment due to my work schedule. The staff who responded to my message denied me the medication, and I had to reach out to my pcp to be able to fill the scrip. In the future, I think Dr. Latif's staff should ask her before denying an additional birth control scrip.
