As a new patient, I felt that Rene was very knowledgeable about cochlear implants and can help me more than my previous audiologist

They knew a def lady was coming.They didn't have someone to sign to her. The lady who was given the information was giving her too much would not allow the person that was there with her to help translate it to her. It was too much information at one time for her to take in. She left there not knowing to much of what was happening. Even though the lady was asking if she understood. She just not in her head because she didn't understand what was going on around her.

I felt that my visit was cut short and left with more questions. Doctor even stated we had run out of time. My insurance paid a lot for this visit and I expected to get as much time needed to fully explain everything
