Today was a scary appointment for me. I have been worrying about it since I made it. Dr. Hall was amazing!! He let me know up front that the diagnosis I was worried about was not on the table and explained everything to me and was collaborative about the treatment.

I felt welcome from the moment I came into the office. The staff was genuinely kind. The nurse was very careful with me and took my vitals. She was very, very friendly and made me feel comfortable. And Dr. Hall was extremely very well-mannered bedside wise. He explained to me all what he had read in my records and what he suggested for me to follow up with. And I appreciated being clear and that he enabled me to ask questions. And they set my appointments like right away. And the staff was just extremely friendly even on my way out. So I'm happy that I made that appointment there.

My first visit with Dr. Hall, I had left paperwork with the front office on my referral from my previous neurologist and the problems that were going on with me, as well as the migraine help. When I went to visit, and all of my information is available on my chart, and when I went to go visit him, after I waited three to four months for the visit, he told me that he could only help with the headaches, that he couldn't help with anything else, neurology wise. He wouldn't let me finish what I was explaining, just cut me off saying he only does migraines. So now I don't feel comfortable telling him about my full health with my neurology.
