Quick time in the lobby, immediate care from nurse and Dr Hall was in in minutes. I felt heard and my concerns addressed with a trial medication and imaging ordered. Follow up for 4 weeks but calender filled 6 weeks out. Shows he's a good Dr but I'm hoping to catch a cancelation. I would definitely recommend this Dr and his staff. It was a great experience.

Mr. Hall, he had perfect bedside manner. He listened to me. He treated me like I was family, and that's what I liked about him. And overall, he shook my hand and he told me that he was going to see if he could at the most, give me the best care possible to find out exactly why my hands and my feet were numb and get down to the bottom of it immediately. And they are working on it already. People have been calling me. Physicians have been calling me. So I feel a lot comfortable in everything already with what's going on. I feel like something's being done. Thank you.

I was somewhat satisfied but I found him to be pretty short and no longer than five minutes in the room with me and this is a neurologist and I was following up from the hospital and I really expected him to explain more and talk to me more but he got annoyed when I mentioned I don't remember what but he was okay and I'm sure he's a great doctor but I didn't like his bedside manner.

The doctor who showed no concerns about my described condition, and who could not find anything wrong with my MRI results, requested a second visit to talk about the results, which I feel it could have been a phone call. But, instead it was an in-person visit where he kept looking at his watch while I was sharing some of my medical history with him. Moreover, the attempt to solve my issue; yes, there are still symptoms; was careless. I don't think I will be returning to this clinic/facility and don't care about to visit this doctor again. A waste of my working hours and no progress on research/study about my issue. Thanks for your time.

She gave me the paper with the name and phone number and told me she would ask him and get back with me. She called me back in just a few minutes to tell me to call the number on the paper to schedule them. She was very nice and helpful. My brother recommended this doctor and practice to me and I am very glad that he did!

My eyes saw what my ears heard, therefore providing the information I needed to make decisions about "my" health
