did not seem to be interested in talking to us about my condition of dementia. I know there is not a lot that can be done for this. I had to ask questions to get him to talk to us. His mind seemed to be thinking about something else rather than on me. He seemed to end the session quickly and probably was in the room about 5 minutes.

Each appt. was only 5 mins. w/the doctor so a lot of $ for little service. After, the first visit, I was in a lot of pain, and ended up in the ER w/in three weeks. I was given Lidicaine patches there & a pedisone pac which I could have been prescribed at my initial visit to avoid the ER. The doctor said to come back in three weeks, but it took over a month to get a video appt. for 5 mins. to explain the MRI results. He just said pinched nerves & prescribed lidocaine patches again. He knew nothing about an opiod patch. I went to my Chiroprator the same day and was explained & shown on a computer what is going on w/me & what he is doing to help me. The Chiropractor was much more informative, spent more time and was cheaper!

I was very impressed with the cats he gave her and she continually raved about him. I was not disappointed, he took time to explain everything he was suggesting. He even used a whiteboard to illustrate. Absolutely recommend him and this practice.

Dr. Hall and his staff are amazing. I remember when I first started to go to the neurologist, I was so scared. They make you feel comfortable. They're very personable. Everyone is nice. Everyone, you know, cheers you on at your accomplishments. Dr. Hall definitely does everything to make sure that everything that you ask or tell him that you need worked out is worked and he finds some kind of solution for you. Anytime I have to change providers or health insurance, I always make sure Dr. Hall falls under it. I love the staff.

The facility is beautiful and all of the personnel were friendly and helpful. The security guards were very friendly so we're the nurses and dr. Hill was just a pleasure. He was very patient and informative. Over all a great experience.
