Amy Margrave is a Nurse Practioner and I never imagined using an NP but she is wonderful. I had stopped using Wellstar for a good while because visits with doctors became too rushed, and some mistakes were made. Wellstar needs to allow their practioners to spend time with patients, to have time to do follow up with patients. I did not feel at all rushed with Amy Margrave and so I will continue my health care with her. Everyone with whom I dealt today was excellent -- efficient, polite, caring, respectful, great attitudes (I also had labs and X-rays). This includes the all the other employees with whom I interacted. Now, if only you could fix Mychart (newly updated, lots of bugs).

Amy Margrave is fantastic. She is caring. She listens. She actually listens to you and doesn't treat you like you don't know what you're talking about. She absolutely respects if you have any knowledge and understanding of medical stuff. She also clearly knows what she's doing. She also clearly has a lot of knowledge about, you know, medical things in general. Furthermore, a few years ago when I was very sick, she was one of the few people who really truly showed care for what I was going through. So I've always been appreciative of that. So she is absolutely fantastic.

I was sent to the lab to get some blood work done. The waiting area for the lab was filthy. The chairs were covered with spots and stains and wet marks. It was disgusting. I would not sit down in a chair because Lord knows What diseases are in those chairs? They need to be vinyl not cloth covered and someone spraying a bottle of Windex and wiping with a An old rag is not going to make it clean.
