I made an appointment and did not have a chance to check my messages before arriving. So I did not realize my appointment had been changed to 15 minutes earlier. I arrived 12 minutes before the appointment I had scheduled, 3 minutes later than the newly scheduled one. The receptionist gave me an attitude saying I was late and didn't know if I could be seen. I told her the appointment time I had made but she wasn't interested. I thought it very rude and frustrating. The provider when I did get back was very efficient and it only took 5 minutes to complete. I am not tied to my phone and expected that they would have heard my reason.
