This was my first visit to this facility and was a great first impression. It is a nice facility and all the staff members were friendly. The location is convenient and the appointment was efficient.

Rebecca and her team were extremely professional, kind. Rebecca had, we had a lot of questions, and she had the time to answer every single question we had. My daughter had concern about our other ear. She was able to get all the answers she needed. Rebecca was really awesome, as well as her staff. Definitely would love to go back there if we ever have to. We will not hesitate to go see Rebecca.

And I mean the entire staff's pleasantness and demeanorwas very noticeable and appreciated. You really have a great staff at that office!

and office staff was very courteous and speedy upon check-in. However, the provider told me there was nothing wrong with me and sent me away. Three days later, I'm having the same issue and had to go to another urgent care. And what I suspected the problem was, it is. I have fluid in my ear, which the second urgent care I went to today had me prescribed steroids. Guess what? My ears don't hurt. I'm just taking one dose. That's crazy.

There was another department employee who seemed to be an assistant. She covered room assignments,etc. She was very helpful and even came into one room I was in to update me that things were running a bit behind. A+ for doing that and keeping me posted. Very professional.
